Generally, you cannot promote any details of a Deal to any investors outside of the Aussie Angels platform.
More specifically, you cannot say anything about the company that isn't in the approved Deal Note (word-for-word).
In line with our compliance guidelines and acknowledging syndicate demand to promote their Deal activity on social media & external networks, please observe the following guidelines.

However they MUST also include disclaimers around 1. who this information is targeted to (wholesale investors only), AND 2. disclaimer around financial advice (always seek independent financial advice / this is not financial advice)
All links MUST lead to the SYNDICATE and not to any DEAL.
Call to action MUST be Join our Community and NOT invest now.
No imagery that may depict or suggest high returns, wealth, success etc. to be used alongside the post.
Syndicate Leads CAN mention founder Q&A's for the current deal they have live. ✅
However all links MUST lead to the Syndicate and NOT to the Luma (or Zoom etc.) call.
Only approved wholesale Syndicate members ARE ALLOWED to be able to access the call, not general/retail public.
